Support for response streams

hello!

I found this crate and noticed it's always assuming a Vec<u8> for the response. I was wondering if there could be support for response streams, so data is already sent to the client before the response is fully done/generated?

This is likely vaguely related to #23.

yeah that would be cool. I've thought it should take a Writer or something. You'd need a way to output all the headers first. Or something that returns something with a headers and then something that can read the body. But you might need to be better at rust async than me. :) I have had a few ideas. But i don't have the time to add anything like this yet. If you want to add this feature, go ahead and then make a pull request
