adding Euclid, GALEX, SUPRIME CAM, UKIDSS filters - correcting OAO filters

I have formatted those various filters (adding a header and a null transmission in the first and last rows), and corrected those of OAO in which it was not done.
All resulting files are in our machine number 9, in my sub-directory stuff/data/filters
