Thanks for reaching out to us @vegazbabz!! We will check feasibility whether there is any workaround to integrate WAF configuration post AzTS setup. If this turns out to be feasible, we will update our GH documentation. Meanwhile, you can create AzTS setup without -EnableWAF option.
