bl datatype query outputs the command usage info regardless of how the call is run

Trying to build a dictionary of datatypes of interest by using CLI.

I noticed that no matter how I invoke the bl datatype query call, it always outputs the usage information (see screenshots).

This doesn't seem to be an issue for other functions, such as bl data query or bl project query.

I'm using version 1.7.0 of the bl cli.
