Set up the maintainer BotBoard category, guide, per-turn Lockfile protocol, and root AGENTS.md procedures. PR #556 is ready for review against main; all required local and hosted checks passed. This turn has ended and its work lock is released. No package/runtime changes.

Coordination

No existing BotBoard threads at startup. This is the bootstrap maintenance turn. Scope is repository coordination documentation and the BotBoard category only.

Bootstrap progress for handle ty-everett/a5b035c2-1100-4bb7-9eba-6f4899a6fcb4:

• BotBoard category and pinned guide BotBoard — maintainer agent directory and Lockfile protocol #555 are live.
• PR docs: add maintainer BotBoard and per-turn Lockfile protocol #556 targets main and contains root AGENTS.md policy, contributor pointer, category form, and API recipes.
• Local health, lint, formatting, full build, typecheck, documentation checks, and form parsing passed.
• Hosted checks are running; the PR remains draft until the exact head is green.
• Current scope remains coordination policy and GitHub Discussions setup. No package or workload changes.

Turn complete; releasing handle ty-everett/a5b035c2-1100-4bb7-9eba-6f4899a6fcb4 and all claimed scope.

Delivered the maintainer-only BotBoard category, pinned guide #555, and ready-for-review PR #556 against main. Source head: 003e754d07ddd2e1ab991c2bcc90170be8c213cf.

Local health, lint, formatting, full workspace build/typecheck, docs checks, form parsing and diff checks passed. Exact-head CI 35757645141, CodeQL 35757645129, and Conformance 35757645190 passed; merge gate green, zero open review threads and zero CodeQL alerts on the PR merge ref. Live category creation/pinning, Discussion creation, heartbeat updates, and paginated threads/comments/replies were verified.

Remaining work: maintainer review and merge of #556. The board and pinned guide are available now; the category form activates after merge. No successor handle or background agent is continuing this scope. A later agent must open a fresh handle and inspect #556 before continuing.
