<!-- GxPointer bootstrap. Every tool wires its buttons with
GxPointer.onPress(...) and does not guard the call, so if
/assets/os/pointer.js 404s or arrives late (file:// open, a tool served
from its own directory, a webview whose asset root differs) the first
onPress throws inside a synchronous init and aborts every button wired
after it — the toolbar goes dead with no error naming the button.
This inline shim guarantees window.GxPointer exists with identical
onPress/onCanvasDrag semantics; pointer.js upgrades it in place. -->
