Add 'project' column to uploads

It would be good to have a new column in the uploads table called something like 'project' so that people can filter out particular routes, e.g. all those that were done as part of a particular campaign. This would also involve updating the upload submission form to allow the user to specify a project associated with the file during the upload process, as well as adding a project column and data to the existing database

Could we do a column of what the route was:

• Red
• Green
• Blue
• Other

This could either be manually entered or dynamically by comparing likeness to an ideal red,blue,green route
