The Workflow Run.sh needs the "--login" option for #!/bin/bash when processing by cron as the "modules" environment is unknown (not clear yet but different paths use different "/etc" files.
Using --login process the modules environment an allows commands in the script such as "module load blah".
Removed for personal interactive use. Might need it switched on for HPC ARC3 compute node via SGE batch queuing system.
