write_memory.py — DEPRECATED / NEUTRALIZED

This script previously contained:
    pathlib.Path(".../memory.py").write_text("# placeholder", encoding="utf-8")

That line would DESTROY neuron/memory.py (replaced with a 1-line placeholder).
It has been neutralized. Do NOT restore the destructive write_text() call.

To regenerate neuron/memory.py from scratch, use the git history:
    git -C G:/07_APPLICATIONS_TOOLS/CVG_Neuron log -- neuron/memory.py
    git -C G:/07_APPLICATIONS_TOOLS/CVG_Neuron show HEAD:neuron/memory.py
"""
print("[write_memory.py] This script has been neutralized to prevent accidental file destruction.")
print(" neuron/memory.py is preserved at its current state in git.")
print(" See git history if you need to review past versions.")
