Can Support Web (kotlin-wasm /kotlin-js) & Server & install at Windows

Dear Sir

Today Android Studio Narwhal | 2025.1.1 release ( default gradle is 8.13-bin & agp 8.11.0)

and the KMM (Kotlin Multiplatform) (https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/14936-kotlin-multiplatform/versions/stable) also upgrade

when use android-studio-2024.3.2 the KMM plugin can work in Windows (also create iOS template)

but the new plugin (Kotlin Multiplatform 0.9-251.25410-AS-69) at 2025.1.1 now can not work in windows

the nw KMM now support "Web ( kotlin wasm) & sever ( ktor server & share module)"

can let QuickProjectWizard support ?

and can add Ktorfit/ & BuildKonfig ?

I never tried the server part, but I added Web, Ktorfit and BuildConfig to the planning for 0.0.8.
