Goal
Produce the short installation, profile, passkey registration/authentication, TPM-status, lock/unlock demonstration described in docs/DEMO-SCRIPT.md.
Acceptance criteria
- Use a disposable Windows and website account.
- Show the self-signed beta warning and provider enablement honestly.
- Redact browser tabs, profile names, keyfiles, recovery codes, and account identifiers.
- Add the final video link near the top of the README.
