On the runner's bundled Node >= 24.20 a refused connection is raised as ERR_SOCKET_CLOSED_BEFORE_CONNECTION and aborts the e2e step instead of being retried. Fixed upstream in v7.4.4 (cypress-io/github-action#1873).
