Editing, yes; a diagram, no. The Ontology page is a built-in editor, and it works the way WebProtégé does: a class hierarchy on the left (collapsible, with a properties list beside it), and a panel on the right where you edit the selected class or property. For classes that's the label, parent, disjoint classes, the description the extractor reads, attributes and the instances currently in that class; for properties it's domain / range and the axioms (functional, inverse functional, symmetric, asymmetric, transitive, irreflexive, inverse of, sub-property of). Everything the extractor and the reasoner use is edited there.
