Slang plug-in archive from official site on Win64 missing a bunch of stuff from the release folder on GitHub...

Specifically, [slang-glslang.dll](https://github.com/dfranx/PluginSlang/blob/master/slang64/bin/windows-x64/release/slang-glslang.dll) and 
[slang.lib](https://github.com/dfranx/PluginSlang/blob/master/slang64/bin/windows-x64/release/slang.lib)
[slangc.exe](https://github.com/dfranx/PluginSlang/blob/master/slang64/bin/windows-x64/release/slangc.exe)

It makes ShaderEd (latest win64 download) crash as soon as I open the sample project. 
Could it be because of these missing files ?
