We received a request to add the health.mil domain to the 'DOD DHA' sub-property. Right now, health.mil belongs to the parent 'DOD Agency' sub-property. Further discussion with the requester clarified that DHA (the Defense Health Agency, which includes domains tricare.mil and dha.mil) should be considered a child of MHS (the Military Health System, which owns health.mil domains). So, perhaps we should subsume the existing DHA sub-property into a new MHS sub-property which will cover tricare.mil, dha.mil and health.mil.
