Using IN_MODIFY mask with InotifyTree results in seeing events for CREATE as well

Creating an InotifyTree with mask set to IN_MODIFY results in IN_CREATE and IN_DELETE events being yielded as well.

If this behavior matches the underlying implementation, I cannot find any documentation on it.
