Old linux versions do not have the getrandom system call. On these versions, randombytes.c falls back to using /dev/{u,}random for randomness. We should see whether GitHub actions has support for old versions of linux (probably not); or alternatively, hack the tests in such a way that the tests use the compatibility mode nonetheless.
