Eliminate transmute when Rust 1.74 is no longer supported

See https://github.com/dtolnay/typeid/pull/4. This requires a compiler containing https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/113262 (Rust 1.75+). We can apply that improvement after the version of Rust required by this crate advances past 1.74.
