(Android) Feature: move scanning to its own settings page

The scanning controls should be within the cogwheel icon. In fact, the cogwheel icon should offer three options:

• Load new pageset
• Scanning
• Output icons

Scanning can contain the only the toggle for now, but feel free to also put in a 'speed of scanning' option.
Output icons should let the user toggle if the Google, YouTube, or Twitter icons appear.

Will put these options in the settings page. Though, I am not clear about the output icons and how should they work?
I would appreciate if you can provide design (or mockup) for the same for better understanding.

We an do that - but it's important to get the testing up and running first :)
