Can you bit little elaborate the execution of this project

HI Can you give more info on how to execute this project, i tried to execute you command 
"jwraith spider configuration.yml" 
from command line after installing all gradle and changing the configuration.yml file, but i am keep getting "'jwraith' is not recognized as an internal or external command"
