Bold style is not applied for some windows fonts

Some fonts (like Cascadia Code and Bahnschrift) seem to ignore Bold style. These are default windows fonts.

OS: Win 11
PdfSharp-WPF Version: 6.2.4
Below is the code for the sample app demonstrating this issue:

Your ZIP file contains regular versions of Cascadia Code and Bahnschrift, but no bold versions.

Simple solution: Obtain bold versions of both fonts and PDFsharp will use them.

To get bold letters without having a bold font, you can write a FontResolver that handles Bahnschrift and Cascadia Code and that activates Bold Emulation for those fonts.

I got these fonts from the Windows/Fonts directory, if you have a VM with Win11 they should be there:

All of these fonts have a single source file: C:\Windows\Fonts\CascadiaCode.ttf, there're no separate .ttf files of the bold version of the fonts.
For CascadiaCode.ttf, it contains definitions for 6 different styles: Bold, ExtraLight, Light, Regular, SemiBold and SemiLight.
I noticed, however, that the regular and bold versions share the same name "Cascadia Code".
