About how to apply only to css files

When using it with FlatCompat, how can I set it to only target css?
If you add the readme settings to the settings below, the next/core-web-vitals rules will be applied to the css file.

When a config object doesn't specify files, then it applies to all files. Please see the docs:
https://eslint.org/docs/latest/use/configure/configuration-files#specifying-files-and-ignores

You just need to limit the JS-specific configs to only run on JS files.

I understand that if there are no files, all files will be targeted.
I don't know how to define js-spec independently using FlatCompat
