haul_dur in min for Nor-BTS survey and few EVHOE hauls

Haul duration should be in hours, but it is currently in minutes for Nor-BTS (average of 15mn hauls).
Some hauls (21) in EVHOE are also very long (>10) and probably in minutes instead of hours.
