Fix on file "configure"

On Fedora 38, after :

git clone https://github.com/gitGNU/nasm.git

cd nasm

./autogen.sh

autoupdate

two errors on file "configure" :
>> line 4819 : changed to :
"
'') as_dir=./ ;;
"
>> line 5527 : remove the patenthesis ")" alone in this line

PS : by the way, I would be happy to contribute by making Pull Requests directly, but I don't understand how to create a fork of the main repository (I am new on GitHub and I don't have ant write granted).
