General
Q: What devices are supported?
A: StackTrackerPro requires an iPhone running iOS 17 or later.
Q: Is my data backed up?
A: Yes. Your sessions sync automatically via iCloud across all your Apple devices. Data is also stored locally on your device.
Q: Do I need an account to use the app?
A: No. There is no sign-in required. Just download and start tracking.
Tournaments
Q: How do I track a tournament?
A: Tap the Play tab, select Tournaments, and tap + to create a new session. Enter the tournament details and start tracking your stack in real time.
Q: How do I scan a blind structure?
A: In the blind structure editor, tap the camera icon to scan a tournament poster or blind schedule. The app uses OCR to extract the levels automatically.
Q: What is the AI chat feature?
A: During an active session, swipe to the AI Chat page. You can type natural updates like "I have 32k" or "310 left" and the app will automatically update your stack, blind level, and field size. Works best with Apple Intelligence on supported devices, with a fallback parser on all iPhones.
Cash Games
Q: How do I track a cash session?
A: Tap the Play tab, select Cash Games, and tap +. Enter your stakes, buy-in, and venue to start tracking.
Q: Can I record add-ons during a session?
A: Yes. During an active cash session, you can add additional buy-ins at any time.
Data & Import/Export
Q: Can I import my historical session data?
A: Yes. Go to Settings > Import CSV and upload a CSV file with your session history. The app supports both tournament and cash game formats.
Q: Can I export my data?
A: Yes. Go to Settings > Export CSV to download all your sessions for external analysis.
Sharing & Social
Q: How do I share my results?
A: After completing a session, you can generate recap cards in Stories, Feed, or Quote formats. Share via the native share sheet or post directly to X/Twitter.
Q: What are video recaps?
A: You can generate a short video with an animated stack graph and session stats — perfect for sharing on social media.
Troubleshooting
Q: My data isn't syncing across devices.
A: Make sure iCloud is enabled on all devices under Settings > Apple ID > iCloud. The app syncs automatically when connected to the internet.
