Derivation paths

Is there any contact to living person where you guys do hdwallet? I would need to ask some questions.

But to the topic: there is no sensible way to use derivation paths and there is no example for that.

I am trying to just change the last number in derivation path to another one, but can't achieve to use any derivation path with this lib.

Will CustomDerivation work with from_entropy or from_private_key?

How to write CustomDerivation like the below?

	custom_derivation: CustomDerivation = CustomDerivation(f"m/84'/0'/0'/0/{index}")
	hdwallet = (
		HDWallet(cryptocurrency=BTC, hd=BIP84HD)
		.from_private_key(pvk_hex)
		.from_derivation(custom_derivation)
	)

hdwallet.exceptions.DerivationError: Invalid derivation instance, (expected: <class 'hdwallet.derivations.bip84.BIP84Derivation'> | got: '<class 'hdwallet.derivations.custom.CustomDerivation'>')

hdwallet = HDWallet(cryptocurrency=BTC, hd=BIP32HD).from_entropy(entropy=BIP39Entropy(ent_hex))
custom_derivation = CustomDerivation(f"m/84'/0'/0'/0/{index}")
child_wallet = hdwallet.from_derivation(custom_derivation)

The method from_derivation works seamlessly with methods such as from_entropy, from_mnemonic, from_seed, from_xprivate_key, and from_xpublic_key (as long as there's no hardened key in the path). However, it won't work with from_private_key since that key is already derived.

Additionally, for BIP86HD, you must specifically use BIP86Derivation; otherwise, it will trigger the error you encountered. With BIP32HD, you have more flexibility and any derivations can be used. Thus, the final code snippet you've provided is entirely correct.
