Add InterceptHost.so to releases

The usage instructions reference an InterceptHost.so shared library for Linux, but the latest release only provides a library for Windows.

Could you please add a Linux build to the latest releases too?

It isn't there because Linux support currently isn't there.
I don't spend the time maintaining it because all users I know about (except me, but I don't play reforger) run on windows.
Also Lasttime I tried there were issues because the compilers were lagging behind on supporting the standard, though I'd assume that's fixed by now.
