Bug: cannot import for some reason

[AndroidDeveloperLB]

I keep getting errors while importing, so I tried to update the various components on gradle:

    classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:1.5.0'

buildToolsVersion "23.0.2"

defaultConfig {
    minSdkVersion 14
    targetSdkVersion 22
    versionCode 1
    versionName version
}

compile 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:23.1.1'
compile 'com.nineoldandroids:library:2.4.0'

But even now, I get this error:
