Error processing memo fields

Hi, Kirk,
I try to import database http://fias.nalog.ru/Public/DownloadPage.aspx (link fias_dbf.rar)
Try to make import
pgdbf -s cp866 -P -m NORDOC36.DBT NORDOC36.DBF > nordoc36.sql
b'A memo record past the end of the memofile was requested\n'
pgdbf -s cp866 -P NORDOC66.DBF > nordoc66.sql
b"Table nordoc66 has memo fields, but couldn't open the related memo file\n"
If table have not *.DBT import work exellent
Can you comment this problem?
