Option to specify table name.

Currently, pgdbf creates a PostgreSQL table with the same name as the DBF's file name. e.g. pgdbf hello.dbf creates a table called "hello".

Can we add a flag to change the name of the table created in Postgres? Looking through the docs, I don't think -o is taken. It could stand for "output table name" or something.

I use pgdbf often, and am constantly having to work around the lack of this feature.
