chore: prepare 2.3.0 release

背景

2.2.5 → master 共 15 个 commit，不只是 bugfix，已包含明确的新用户行为（#146 / #164 配置体验增强、#166 / #168 / #170 输入契约收紧）以及完整 TS6 / NodeNext 工具链升级。

发 2.3.0，不是 2.2.6。

内容

只做两件事：

• package.json: 2.2.5 → 2.3.0
• CHANGELOG.md 新增 2.3.0 章节，基于实际 commit 列表整理：
