As Developer I'd like to provide a GUI with low maintainance effort and very low build time

Using Angular is currently annoying because of the following reasons:

• Each time java source is changed and a build is necessary, also angular is build. But This take at least 20 seconds to build. That happens really often while developing and testing
• high maintainance effort because of the high update rate of Angular. Each time a new release must be built
• customers need to update often because of the high update rate of Angular
• I am not that familar to make change very fast, as I am in Java
