Mobius SDK and pool reformat

Our pool static format is very confusing for other people to try to work with. We want to make it as easy as possible for others to build on top of Mobius.

Describe the solution you'd like
First step is refactoring the pool format to be a lot more intuitive and modular. The next step would be putting these constants in an SDK that anyone can download and use.
