Why different package names, repo has org.javagram and jar has org.telegram ?

I think the jar you shared with us is built from some personal repo, or you have not pushed those local changes here, i want to update this repo and update the layer to the latest (195 currently), so please answer these questions.

1. why two different package names in repo and the jar.
2. did you write the tl java classes yourself or generated it through some generator lib or personal script, i need it.
