- Cycle 1 (v0.39-02): Bugs validate and refine models — the diagnostic pipeline traces failures through formal models, extracts constraints, and tags verification modes
- Cycle 2 (v0.39-03): Models validate fix ideas — the simulation pipeline normalizes fix intent, generates consequence models, and runs three-gate convergence before any code is touched
The write-once verdict semantics (ResolvedAtWriteOnce) and dependency failure safety (HaikuUnavailableNoCorruption) are now formally verified invariants backed by real TLC model checking, not
just code assertions. The quorum BLOCK in planning caught 3 real defects (fail-open bypass, append-before-check, corrupt-log erasure) that would have violated these invariants at runtime.
