Your work on MonkeySee has been very inspiring to me. I am trying to reproduce the spatial-based preprocessing, but I noticed that SpatialBased/data_prep_spatial.py requires THINGS_RFs.mat, including all_centrex and all_centrey, which does not appear to be included in the repository.
Could you please let me know whether this file is available or how it can be generated from the TVSD data? If the file cannot be shared, a brief description of the RF estimation procedure would also be very helpful.
