Hello Node.js TSC!
The upcoming Code and Learn at Render x Node.js Interactive in Atlanta, GA on August 13th, 2026 is fast approaching.
My plan for the event is going to be a mix of things we've done in the past. First, I will have a presentation that teaches participants how to source their own contributions by reviewing issues and targeting sub systems that interest them. Beyond that, I also want to have a private list of very-easy to medium difficult contributions I can physically hand out to participants so they have something to help get them started.
I'm already consider some really basic stuff like updating test files to ESM for absolute beginners.
I plan to do an AI review for ideas too; maybe it can identify missing test cases or something.
My ask for the TSC is what else comes to mind? Anything I should actively avoid?
Any and all input is much appreciated. Thank you!
