WIP: Recent bugs I found

• stepping into a Grow LR step turns everything white
• the size of the container changes as you step.
• when we choose "stop into" or "step out", we should move focus to one of the other buttons that makes sense.
  • (or install a global handler for arrow keys)
• On failed parses, the text appears above a failed node, indicating that it consumed it.
