When dragging a component into the scenario editor (step2) sometimes not just this components but "a bunch of other stuff" is getting dragged instead, in many cases leading to an error with releasing. I tried to reproduce this and found that it happens after one has tried to drag something not draggable. So for example if sb. tries to drag a component but misses the component by a bit.
