Fill empty columns aggr_id_pf and aggr_id_ms - nice-to-have

The table model_draft.ego_supply_generator has the columns aggr_id_pf and aggr_id_ms which are empty at the moment. For some queries it would be nice to have this information in this table.

I don't know who created those columns but I think the idea was to use this in order to have a easy relation between the supply_generator, generator_single and the ms districts. At the moment I don't need it.

@gplssm, @nesnoj: Do you know who created the above mentioned columns in table model_draft.ego_supply_generator?
It seems that nobody is using them. Therefore I would like to delete them instead of investing extra time to add data to those columns nobody is using.
