Redundant script in preprocessing creating model_draft.ego_weather_measurement_point

Two scripts in the preprocessing folder include CREATE statements for the table model_draft.ego_weather_measurement_point:

• ego_weather_points_per_scenario.sql
• ego_simple-feedin_per_scenario.sql

One of the scripts is redundant and needs to be moved to the utilities folder.

The comparison of both scripts shows that ego_weather_points_per_scenario.sql is redundant. I checked the code and the existing table on the OEP was created by ego_simple-feedin_per_scenario.sql.
