Some LA do not have LVGD(s), e.g. this one which is cut by a MVGD border:  top: la_id=63655 (1 LVGD) bottom: la_id=10302 (no LVGD) I'm not sure how many are affected. I've built a workaround in Dingo, so don't rush..
