From 62cee7d86131c5d1c821a86e0a08a48d2066f445 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: jvaught01 Date: Thu, 10 Sep 2026 14:16:23 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] fix(ci): make the Vercel ignore step work with root directory = landing MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit The check diffed `-- landing/`, but Vercel runs the ignore command from the project's root directory (landing), so the path resolved to landing/landing/ and never matched. Every deployment since the rule landed was cancelled — including ones that changed the landing page. Use `--name-only | grep '^landing/'` instead: git prints repo-relative paths regardless of cwd. Exit 1 (build) when landing/ changed, exit 0 (skip) otherwise. A copy lives in landing/ so it is picked up whether Vercel reads config from the repo root or the root directory.
