Per user Remote Play activation for FW 10.00+

Tested on FW 10.01

Remote Play pairing is successful for additional users with OffAct + linkdev, but their Remote Play sessions fail to load. PXPlay errors out with the following message:

sessionResponseWasNotSuccessful. Error code: 403 Remote Play is disabled on your console.

Seems like an another flag needs to be set somewhere to enable Remote Play for additional users who are not the initial ID.

• You can now set which users can connect to the PS5 using Remote Play.

Go to Settings > System > Remote Play > Enable Remote Play, and select the users who can access your console through Remote Play.

Sorry to dig up old issue but i fixed today with
https://git.earthonion.com/earthonion/np-fake-signin

Then you have the Settings > System > Remote Play > Enable Remote Play menu available and you can activate the user and everything will connect
