Can anyone help me how to customize tooltip using BarStackedTooltip

I am using BarStackedTooltip and I am not able to customize tooltip. It always show me 4 parameters(Value, Field,FieldTitle, Color) in the tooltip. But I want follwing customizations: -

FieldTitle should be replaced by Name
Remove Color attribute from tooltip
Display Name in tooltip as a attribute
