Subject: [PATCH 1/5] chore(backlog): reconcile board with landed work

Mark TASK-19 (CI workflow) and TASK-21 (deploy-matrix test) Done: both
shipped to master. Tick the acceptance-criteria and definition-of-done
boxes on every task already marked Done, so status and checkboxes no
longer disagree. Refresh the open-task highlights in docs/fleet.md.

Subject: [PATCH 3/5] fix(TASK-5): strip machine-specific data from tracked
 files

- merged/.bash_aliases: drop hardcoded WOL MAC (now WOL_X41_MAC from the
  host-local layer) and the Windows/Cygwin aliases with personal paths;
  keep jpt/stg, document the Windows block as host-local examples.
- vscode/settings.json: remote.SSH.configFile uses ${env:HOME} instead of
  a literal /home path; vscode/README.md updated.
- terminator/config: window title no longer carries the user name.
- windows-terminal/settings.json: drop the Dropbox icon path with a
  Windows user name.
- docs/fleet.md: remove the email, GPG key id and home backup path from the
  GPG note.
