Story

Lexi asked for a Meshy-shaped, self-hosted stack (TripoSR / InstantMesh / Hunyuan3D / TRELLIS → Blender). That is factory work. Kit owns stills → mesh. Lexi does not run Blender or TRELLIS.

Job

When the Framework 128 GB / ~96 GB UMA lands:

• Local image-to-3D (Hunyuan / TRELLIS.2) from catalog-locked stills
• Import in Blender 5.2 CLI — meters, origin, sockets. Draft mesh only.
• Keep Loki 3060 as CUDA / Lexi Forge satellite
• Imagine stays cloud for hero stills

v1 of this ticket is not TripoSR-on-the-3060 and not cloth/hair/LoRA farms.

Done when

• kit#5 shipped (Imagine stills exist)
• One catalog id (rider or later) goes stills → local 3D draft → Blender GLB on the Framework
• Lexi #720 either closed as "asked, Kit fulfilled" or residual = her Mattermost avatar only (SetProfilePhoto)

Out of scope

• Implementing on synapse-sentinel/lexi
• Photoreal agent portraits as a Lexi citizen tool
• Cloth/hair sims, animation loops, Comfy LoRA farms this chapter
• Meshy as the required path (optional if MESHY_API_KEY exists)
