Add 2 more journals:

• Read Excel via interop: this should be the first choice for most people. Can run as journal, but needs Excel installed
• Read Excel via OleDB. Works if you don't have excel installed. Can run as a journal, but requires installation of redistributable
• Read Excel via EPPlus: No need to have either Excel or redistributable installed, but probably can't be run as a journal because you need the EPPLus package. Can be worked around via late binding.
