ValueError: Index contains duplicate entries, cannot reshape

after put command: `df_gdp.pivot(index="year", columns="country", values="gdppc")` i got error from title. Can you help me to fix that? i must use `encoding= latin-1` on pd.read_csv command in this example otherwise it not working
