We are currently performing direct RNA sequencing to analyze pseudouridine (Ψ) modifications, and came across your tool during our search. I would like to ask a few questions before applying it to our dataset.

Is the tool applicable to human RNA samples?

Can it identify modification sites at the single-read level, and is it possible to export those results as a file?

In addition to pseudouridine, is it also capable of detecting N¹-methylpseudouridine (m¹Ψ) modifications?
